How Long does it take to repair my device?
Most repairs are completed within 1-2 hours from drop off time.
What does your lifetime and 1 month warranty cover?
Warranty covers any part defects. Warranty does not include breaking your device or taking it to swim.
Can I mail you my device to be fixed?
Yes, please call your location to set up process.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Do I need to backup my device before getting it repaired?
We recommend you backup your device before a repair. We are not responsible for any data loss due to the repair process. In some cases your device may require a reset or restore to its factory settings to complete the repair process. This can erase all or partial data on your device.
Can I bring in a part I ordered online?
Sure we can; we will charge you with service fee and repair comes with no warranty.
Why do you need my password?
In order to diagnose your device, our certified technician needs to go through checklist to make sure nothing else is wrong with your phone before we start working on it. Also after repair we go through checklist again.
What if you don’t have part in stock?
We require a 50% down payment for us to order your part and as soon as it comes in we will call you to bring in your device and you will be up and running in no time!
Do you use good parts?
We only use highest quality parts on your device! We want you happy!
Why does my battery die so fast?
Most batteries only last 365 charges = 1 year. Have you had your device over a year?
